The Victorian Oarsmen and Womens Association Inc
Founded in 1937, this organisation promotes rowing in Victoria and social interaction between retired rowers.
One way in which this is done is by recognising annually a person that has shown continued dedication to the rowing community in Victoria. This award is known as the “Tom Rodda Award of Excellence” and is a highly regarded award in the sport of rowing. The Late Tom Rodda demonstrated all the qualities sought in recipients of this award.
